Job Title:Junior Environmental Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for acurious and detail-oriented Junior Environmental Graphic Designerto join our multidisciplinary creative team. This hands-on role involves assisting in the development of 2D and 3D graphics, conducting design research, and supporting the execution of spatial branding and storytelling projects. Ideal for someone passionate about spaces, design, and bringing visual narratives to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding systems.
• Develop high-quality 2D layouts and concept presentations.
• Contribute to 3D mockups or visualizations (basic knowledge required).
• Conduct design research on materials, visual styles, and cultural references.
• Prepare artwork for production with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Support documentation and basic writing for concept notes or presentations.

Qualifications:

• Education:Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum 2 years (internships included) in graphic or environmental design roles.
• Software Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Basic knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D tools is a plus.
• Design Sensibility:Strong interest in typography, layout, spatial composition, and visual storytelling.
• Interest in Indian and global art, design styles, and material exploration.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow creative direction.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.

Great to have skills:

• Experience with mixed media, murals, or fabrication techniques.
• Interest in physical materials, handmade textures, or creative installations.
• Comfortable conducting design research and writing basic concept notes.
