Job Description-

Good understanding of project life cycle
Adept at producing required documentation including business requirements, future state proposals, UAT plan, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrix
Able to analyze and precisely file the business and systems requirements
Create monthly reports on the overall performance and the targets achieved; point out the areas of improvement and give recommendations accordingly
Develops an effective communication process to keep others up to date on the project results
Able to maintain logs for meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates
Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction
Elicit business and user requirements via workshops, customer meetings, workflow storyboards, user stories, process modeling, analysis of competitive systems and other methods
Manage the status of requirements and the underlying feature throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience-2 to 5 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any relevant field (Business, Engineering, Management, etc.)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic knowledge of project management concepts
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
