RESPONSIBILITIES-

Appearance in various courts (High Court, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal/Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, NCLT, NCLAT etc)

Legal Drafting

Case Handling

Client Dealing

Legal Research

QUALIFICATIONS-

Education- LLB/LLM

Experience- 2-3+ years

SKILLS-

*Must be experienced in Court appearances and Handling matters in DRT, DRAT and other district courts

*Excellent communication and oratory skills.

*Experienced in Drafting.

*Sound knowledge of law and legal concepts as well as court practices and procedures ranging from criminal law, civil law, Banking and Commercial laws etc..

*Candidate must be sincere, hard working, ethical and professionally well-mannered.
