Job Title: Junior IT Support Engineer / Junior System Administrator

Job Description:

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for end users across laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues related to laptops, servers, printers, and storage devices.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and connectivity issues.

Required Skills Must Have

• Windows 10/11 and Windows Server troubleshooting
• Basic Linux administration knowledge
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
• Hardware troubleshooting (Laptop, Printer, Server)
• Basic firewall, switch, and wireless access point troubleshooting
• Active Directory user administration
• Microsoft 365 administration basics
• Remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Good to Have

• Group Policy (GPO) administration
• Hyper-V or VMware virtualization
• Firewall administration
• Azure or AWS cloud fundamentals
• PowerShell or Shell scripting basics
• Backup solutions such as Veeam
• Monitoring tools and SNMP concepts
