Key Responsibilities

• Design & Branding

Create visually strong graphics for presentations, reports, social media, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.

• Data Visualization

Turn complex data into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand visuals.

• Social Media Creatives

Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives that are built for engagement (not just aesthetics).

• Website & Digital Assets

Work with the tech team to ensure clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital assets.

• Brand Identity & Consistency

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all platforms.

• Project Management

Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently strong output.

What You Should Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a big plus)
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (CorelDraw is a bonus)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color
• Experience with PowerPoint and data visualization for presentations/reports
• Ability to take a brief and actually bring it to life (not just follow it blindly)
• Attention to detail + strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Bonus Points If You

Understand social media trends and what performs

Have basic motion graphics / reel editing skills

Can think beyond just design and contribute ideas
