Profile Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer, located in New Delhi. We are looking for a graphic designer with 0 to 1 year of experience in designing creative assets for mobile and web platforms, including iOS and Android app store screenshots, advertising banners for Facebook & Google, social media creatives, website designs, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and extremely passionate about design. You should be aware of global design guidelines & best practices, latest app design trends, and innovations on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to stay ahead of the game.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinating with marketing and communication teams to develop concepts, graphics and layout for

client projects as well as the company website

Conceptualizing and creating digital assets based on an agreed brief and brand guidelines

Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of assigned tasks

Specifically, the role involves:

- Creating ad banners for different advertising platforms (Mostly FB and Google)

- Designing app icons and app store screenshots

- Developing social media creatives

- Creating a few app screens, including onboarding and tutorials

- Designing landing pages and microsites for apps

Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Amending designs after feedback

Following international design trends and creating designs with a modern international appeal

Requirement

Degree in Design or related field is a plus

Solid portfolio demonstrating mobile-savvy designs

Good eye for aesthetics: colour, font, layout, and design

Strong understanding of the possibilities and limitations of mobile platforms, i.e., iOS and Android

Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends, especially the iOS

and Android design guidelines

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Well-read and knowledgeable about global design innovation and proactively using this knowledge to create international quality designs
