Junior Graphic Designer

We started Olter because we were done with agencies that treated people like output. We wanted a studio where the culture made the work better, not the other way around. Women-first, deliberately small, and just serious enough to work with big names without taking ourselves too seriously.

Three years in, that bet paid off. Now we need someone who can fit right in.

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who actually care. Not someone who delivers work to close a deadline, but someone who stays up wondering if it could've been sharper. Someone who has a point of view before they're asked for one and the skills (and logic) to back it up.

One week you're building a campaign for Taj, Gateway, Vivanta or SeleQtions. Next, you're working on something for Oberoi or Trident. Then a brand film for Sony Music, a system for Volkswagen, or identity work for Tata or Marico. And somewhere in between, you're doing work that actually challenges you for Digital Green, Faces Canada, or Liminal Custody.

Luxury hospitality. Automotive. Beauty. Social impact. The industries are diverse and the briefs varied.

Typography, layout design, Adobe Suite and Figma. These are the basics. And we do mean basics. If you're expecting someone to walk you through how to operate a software or tool, there's a well nearby

What we're really looking for is harder to list. It's the instinct that something's off before anyone says it out loud. The willingness to push your own comfort zone past where it felt safe. The ability to take feedback without breaking into tears, and give it without holding back.

What you won't find here

A space that confuses long hours with good work. A traditional hierarchy where you're expected to call people with slightly more experience "sir" or "ma'am."
