Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design principles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating impactful visual experiences, conducting design research, and utilizing both traditional and AI-powered design tools to develop high-quality creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, packaging, and marketing collateral.

Assist in creating and maintaining brand identities while ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

Conduct design research, trend analysis, and competitor studies to support creative development and strategic decision-making.

Create mood boards, concept explorations, mockups, and visual presentations based on project requirements and client briefs.

Develop packaging concepts, print-ready files, and production artwork while adhering to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Apply design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy to create effective designs.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns and branding initiatives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design and communication projects.

Utilize AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, and similar platforms to enhance ideation, design development, and workflow efficiency.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and project objectives.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices.
