Position Overview: We are looking for a creative, visually engaging and on-brand graphic designer to join our team. Someone who can translate design briefs into clear, effective visuals across digital and print platforms. The designer is expected to conceptualise ideas, develop drafts, collaborate with teams, and refine designs based on feedback while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Conceptualise visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

Work with the copywriter to produce the final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Get on the trend & active in brainstorming & idea generation

Competitors creative research

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proven graphic design experience

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Video Creation is an added appreciated skill.
