Junior Golang Backend Developer (Candidate from Mumbai Only)

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Junior GoLang backend developer to join our fintech company, which is at the forefront of redefining the youth Banking space. We are building innovative technology solutions to empower teenagers and young individuals to thrive in the digital economy.

Job Summary

As a GoLang Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with the frontend development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of backend technologies, databases, and server architecture.

Responsibilities:

1. 1-3 years of experience in building products using Golang and its ecosystem like gRPC, Protobuf, Gin, Gonic, Gomod, Revel, Martini, Gorilla, Goji, Godoc, Stringer, etcands on Experience in building product using React.js, Node.js, system architecture, blockchain, etc.

2. Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure for web applications.

3. Developing code following common security practices and development design patterns.

4. Analyzing system flow, data usage, and work process.

5. Optimize and troubleshoot applications for performance and scalability.

6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

8. Able to create API for the mobile application and should have knowledge to implement payment gateways.

9.Experience in at least one cloud platform (Amazon Web Service or Google Cloud Platform)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a backend developer or similar role.

3. Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

4. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with backend services.

5. Understanding of online payment methods and implementation.

6. Have worked in startup environments developing products from scratch.
