JuniorFullstackAI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a motivated JuniorFullstackAI/ML Engineer to join our team who can bridge the gap between AI/ML model development and end-to-end application delivery. This role combines hands-on machine learning work withfullstackdevelopment using modern web technologies. It is ideal for candidates with strong fundamentals in data science, programming, and web development who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistin collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing structured and unstructured datasets.
• Build, test, and refine machine learning models under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for prediction, classification, clustering, and NLP tasks.
• Work with tech teams to integrate ML models into production environments and expose them via REST orGraphQLAPIs.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) toidentifypatterns and insights.
• Document model workflows, performance metrics, and deployment processes.
• Support the development of prototypes and research experiments, including AI-powered web applications.
• Design and build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js or Next.js to visualize AI/ML outputs and dashboards.
• Develop andmaintainbackend APIs and services using Node.js or Python frameworks (e.g.,FastAPI, Express) to serve ML models.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate requirements into functionalfullstackfeatures.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and evaluation metrics.
• 1-3years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering along with knowledge of ML Ops.
• Proficiencyin Python and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, etc.
• Basic exposure to deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow orPyTorch.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiencyin frontend development using React.js or Next.js, includingcomponentdesign, state management, and API integration.
• Backend development experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python web frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Understanding of RESTful API design and ability to integrate ML model endpoints into web applications.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding ofMLOpsconcepts (Docker, CI/CD, model deployment).
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux,Zustand) or Next.js App Router patterns.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and basic deployment pipelines forfullstackapplications.

Qualification

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML are an added advantage.
