We are currently relocating to Bangalore for a major hospitality tech engagement , a full hospitality operating system and social ecosystem.

Role Description

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Flutter Developer to join the AceLink team full-time, Hybrid in Bangalore.

You will be working directly under our Founder & CTO on a multi-app Flutter ecosystem covering a customer-facing app and a role-based staff app.

This is a real production build, not a demo or internship project.

What you will be working on:

Building and maintaining Flutter mobile applications for Android and iOS

Implementing complex UI from a detailed design system and HTML prototype library

Integrating REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time features

Working with state management (Riverpod or Bloc)

Collaborating daily with the backend developer and designer

Participating in code reviews and maintaining clean, production-quality code

This role is hybrid in Bangalore. Remote applications will not be considered for this position

Qualifications

12 years of hands-on Flutter development experience

Strong understanding of the Flutter widget tree, state management, and app lifecycle

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling real-time data (WebSocket or Firebase)

Familiarity with clean architecture principles even if you havent implemented them perfectly

Comfortable working with Git and collaborative development workflows

Ability to read and implement UI from detailed design references

Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately

Nice to have:

Experience with background services, geofencing, or local-first offline storage in Flutter

Familiarity with Riverpod or Bloc state management

Previous experience in a startup or agency environment
