MBA Finance from reputed institute

6 months -2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities-

Handle monthly loan portfolio and payment reconciliation process.

Month end close of P&L and balance sheet substantiation, provide commentary on

material P&L moves.

Prepare regular and ad hoc financial dashboards and investor/client reports.

Perform day to day Cash Management.

Document, optimize, and automate monthly reconciliation processes and reports.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to discuss product roadmap and process

enhancements.

Partner with cross functional teams to analyze portfolio performance, identify trends,

and support data-driven decision-making
