Job Title: Voice Process Executive (Freshers Only)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Voice Process Executives for backend support processes. This role is strictly for fresh graduates looking to start their corporate career in a nonvoice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via inbound and outbound calls.
• Perform backend operations and data processing
• Maintain accuracy while updating systems and records
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

• Graduation required
• Eligible degrees only: B.Com, B.A, B.Ed, BBA
• Passout years: 2025 only
• Experience: Freshers only (experienced candidates not eligible)
• Location: Nagpur locals preferred
• Shifts: Flexible (Day & Night shifts)
• Weekly Offs: Rotational
• Transport: Own transport mandatory (no cab facility)
