Junior Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer, based in Nagpur. The Junior Engineer will be involved in site execution and project coordination for building and infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities include assisting in site supervision, quantity tracking, and execution of RCC and finishing works, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, monitoring daily progress, and ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role also involves basic billing support, material tracking, and preparation of site reports.

• Basic knowledge of construction practices, RCC works, and site execution
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, drawings reading, and quantity estimation
• Understanding of construction materials, quality control, and safety practices
• Ability to assist in billing, BOQ, and measurement work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for site coordination
• Good time management and willingness to work on-site
• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Internship or site experience in construction projects is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction field
