Junior Data Analyst

We're looking for a curious, data-driven analyst to join our customer experience practice. You'll turn raw data into clear insights that shape how our clients communicate, engage, and grow working across our own datasets and theirs to drive real business impact.

What You'll Do

• Analyse first-party and client datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines and dashboards for ongoing client and internal needs
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Support CX measurement frameworks tracking satisfaction, retention, and behavioural signals
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams to embed data into campaign planning
• Research, prototype, and help implement new analytics tools and methodologies
• Ensure data integrity, documentation, and consistent data governance standards

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in SQL; comfort with Python or R is a plus
• Experience with BI tools Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong grounding in statistics and data modelling basics
• Comfort working with messy, real-world datasets across varied formats
• A natural communicator who can make data meaningful to any audience
• Degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Exposure to CX, marketing, or agency environments is a bonus
