Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, creativity, and enthusiasm for designing engaging digital content across branding, social media, UI creatives, marketing materials, and campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute fresh ideas in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, digital marketing, and branding campaigns
• Assist in creating logos, brand identity assets, presentations, and promotional materials
• Design creatives for websites, landing pages, and product campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
• Edit and optimize images, graphics, and visual assets
• Stay updated with latest design trends and creative tools
• Support video thumbnails, motion graphics, and basic video editing when required

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to understand design briefs and execute concepts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing creative design work
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage
