Junior Client Servicing Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid: 3 days WFH, 2 days WFO)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Neo Narratives is looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, managing relationships, coordinating project execution, and ensuring every campaign delivers on expectations. This is a role built for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and is in it for the long haul.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - handle queries, provide updates, and ensure a smooth experience end-to-end.
• Coordinate and execute social media marketing (SMM) projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client briefs.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and reports (excels, ppts, decks), keeping all stakeholders informed at every stage.
• Proactively flag issues, propose solutions, and escalate when needed with a calm and professional demeanour.
• Build a thorough understanding of each client's brand, voice, and goals over time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
• Working knowledge of SMM: understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and how campaigns run end-to-end.
• Dedication and ownership: someone who follows through on commitments and doesn't wait to be chased.
• Prior experience in client servicing or digital marketing is a plus, but freshers with a strong interview performance are equally welcome.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Must have your own laptop set up, ready to work remotely on WFH days.

WORK SET UP

• Hybrid working model
• Must be based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
• Required to travel to Navi Mumbai for 2 working days per week
• Must own a personal laptop suitable for meetings, basic SMM execution
• Working days: Monday to Friday
