Technical Skills Were Looking For:

Hands-on experience with Zoho (Zoho Flow, CRM, Creator)

Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Strong understanding of API integrations, REST APIs & Webhooks

Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript & Deluge

Experience with automation tools like n8n and Make

Basic understanding of database concepts and API authentication (OAuth, API Keys)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation workflows across platforms
• Build cross-application integrations using APIs
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes
• Document workflows, integrations, logic, and process flows clearly for internal reference and scalability
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and advise on automation solutions
