Join Unique Builders as we expand our architecture and interior design division.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team in Kannur, Kerala. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects across both the UAE and Indian markets while being part of a young and evolving design-focused practice. M30 collective is a sister-concern of Unique Builders and Developers, and will be handling the design team.

Role Overview

You will be involved in:

• Architectural and interior design development
• Concept creation and presentation preparation
• Working drawings and documentation
• 3D visualization and coordination
• Site visits and project support
• Exposure to UAE and Indian project standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• 02 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Suite, or related software
• Strong design sensibility and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates based in Kannur are preferred
