Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of residential and mixed-use spaces within the Luxurious Living project. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings, assisting in conceptual and detailed design, coordinating with senior architects and engineers, and helping to ensure compliance with local building codes and standards. The role also involves participating in site visits, supporting project documentation, and collaborating with project management teams to align design intent with construction timelines and quality expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, requiring regular presence at the project location and related offices.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation support.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Integration and Software Development as they apply to architectural workflows, such as familiarity with design software, BIM tools, and collaborative platforms.
  • Relevant skills such as proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), strong visual and spatial awareness, and attention to detail are desirable.
  • A bachelors degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, along with knowledge of local building regulations and codes, will be beneficial.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic project environment are important for success in this role.
