Tanvi Pagare Atelier is an emerging design practice working across bespoke villas, private residences, retreats, interiors, and spatial experiences within the luxury realm.

The practice is rooted in architecture, materiality, craft, landscape, and research, with a focus on creating refined, atmospheric, and context-sensitive spaces.

We're building a close-knit team for upcoming residential, villa development, and amenity-led projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for junior and mid-level architects to join the team full-time.

The role will involve supporting the practice across research, concept development, CAD drawings, presentation layouts, area schedules, material research, design documentation, and coordination support.

This role requires someone who is comfortable with both design and technical work - drawings, plans, dimensions, documentation, references, rendering, and organized project files.

Responsibilities

• 2D drawing support
• Plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawing work
• Presentation layouts and diagrams
• Villa typology studies
• Area schedules and planning studies
• Material and reference research
• Design documentation support
• Project file organization
• Support with concept and design development work

Requirements

• Architecture / interior architecture / spatial design background
• 02 years of experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills are essential
• Good understanding of plans, dimensions, and basic construction logic
• Good presentation sense
• Strong 3D modeling & Rendering skills.
• InDesign / Illustrator / Enscape / Lumion skills are a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Interest in villas, interiors, hospitality, craft, landscape, and materiality

This is a full-time role with probation and a minimum 10-month commitment. The role is intended to grow with the practice, based on project scope, performance, and fit.

Mumbai / hybrid preferred. Immediate or near-immediate availability will be prioritized.
