Junior Architect

Job Title: Junior Architect and Fresher Architect (02 Years Experience)

Location: MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai

Studio Swap LLP is a luxury architecture and interior design firm specializing in high-end residential, hospitality, and experiential spaces across India. Our work spans bespoke homes, resorts, villas, and commercial environments with a strong focus on design innovation and detailing.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Architect and a fresher Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development, concept planning, and presentations
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and 3D models
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors
• Support site visits and execution coordination
• Work on material selection and detailing for luxury projects

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 02 years of professional experience (Freshers are welcome)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic rendering tools (V-Ray/Lumion preferred)
• Strong design understanding and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
