Junior Architect

Company Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing BIM team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles along with a keen interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM), coordination, and digital construction workflows.

The role involves assisting in architectural modeling, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project delivery across various stages of design and execution. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable to fast-paced project environments, and passionate about technology-driven architecture.

• Develop and modify architectural BIM models using software such as Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, and presentation sheets.
• Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash-free project delivery.
• Assist in BIM coordination and model management processes.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and BIM protocols.
• Support senior architects and BIM managers in project execution.
• Participate in design discussions, site coordination, and client meetings when required.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project outputs.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• 03 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, or visualization software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
