Junior Architect (Residential Projects)

An architecture practice based in Tatbad, Coimbatore- is hiring a Junior Architect with 02 years of experience to support residential architecture projects. The role involves assisting with design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution.

Project Exposure

Work may include:

• Residential architecture projects
• Residential interior projects
• Custom home design
• Design development
• Construction documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
• Prepare presentation drawings, design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants during project development.
• Support material selection and architectural detailing.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams during execution.
• Participate in site visits to review progress and support implementation of design intent.
• Maintain project drawings and documentation throughout different project stages.
• Support timely delivery of architectural documentation and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 02 years of internship or professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural presentation or visualization software.
• Understanding of architectural planning, drafting, technical documentation, and detailing.
• Familiarity with residential construction methods and building materials.
• Ability to prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project tasks.

Work Schedule

• Location: Tatabad, Coimbatore
• Working days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
