Junior Architect

Role Description The Junior Architect will be actively involved in developing architectural concepts, working drawings, presentations and detailed design documentation for all kinds of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing 2D and 3D design presentations, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with consultants, and interior design drawings and details as needed. The role involves participating in design reviews, conducting basic research on materials and building technologies, and helping ensure that project deliverables align with client requirements and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Junior Architect will also assist with basic project coordination tasks and maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be a bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) with 0-1 years experience.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as it applies to design tools and workflows, including the ability to work with multiple digital platforms.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3DSMax, SketchUp, or similar) and common presentation tools.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding in aspects such as task coordination, time management, and supporting project documentation and schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret design briefs and technical information accurately.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work constructively in a team-oriented studio environment.
• Interest and experience in healthcare architecture s a plus.
• Interest and experience in Interior design is a plus.
• Interest in sustainable design, healthy buildings, and contemporary architectural practices is a plus.
