Junior Architect (Design & Execution)

An architecture and design practice in Hyderabad- is hiring a Junior Architect with 01 year of professional experience to contribute to projects across architectural design, visualization, documentation, site coordination, landscape-related coordination, and execution stages.

The role includes both studio-based design work and on-ground project involvement. The selected candidate will work with the project team across different stages of design and execution, with guidance and training provided as responsibilities develop.

Caf and commercial projects

Landscape and site development work

Projects involving architectural design and on-ground execution

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural concepts, space plans, and design proposals based on project requirements

Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, presentations, and project documentation

Develop 3D models and visualizations to support design development and project presentations

Support design development under the guidance of senior architects

Assist with landscape-related coordination, site planning, and integration of built and open spaces as required by the project

Assist in translating design concepts into drawings and information required for project execution

Participate in regular site visits to understand existing conditions, construction progress, and execution requirements

Support coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams

Assist in reviewing on-site work against approved drawings and project requirements

Update drawings and project documentation based on design revisions, site conditions, and execution requirements

Support material research, architectural detailing, and project coordination activities

Maintain organised drawing files, revisions, and project records

Participate in design reviews, project discussions, training, and feedback sessions across design and execution stages

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture

01 year of professional experience in architecture

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools used for architectural visualization and presentations

Basic understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, design development, and project documentation

Ability to prepare and update drawings, 3D models, presentations, and related project materials

Openness to learning design, documentation, coordination, and execution workflows through training, feedback, and project exposure

Willingness to participate in regular site visits and travel for project-related requirements

Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external project stakeholders as required

Work Schedule:

• Location: Hyderabad
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
