Junior Architect

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will support senior architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing design documentation across project stages. Daily responsibilities include creating CAD and 3D models, assisting with presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to refine design solutions. The role also involves supporting site visits, collecting project data, and helping ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The Junior Architect will collaborate on project schedules, contribute to client-facing materials, and assist in integrating technical and regulatory requirements into design work.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles to support timelines, documentation, and coordination.
• Awareness of Integration between design, structure, services, and other disciplines to support cohesive project delivery.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts is a plus for working with design tools, digital workflows, or automation.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate effectively within a team, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and interest in sustainable and context-responsive design.
