Work Type: Full time | Work from office | 6 days | 1st and 3rd Saturday half day

Salary: INR 6,00,000 to 7,20,000 per annum

The studio is a Chandigarhbased architecture and interior design studio. Founded with a clear ambition to redefine luxury architecture in India. The practice focuses on creating spaces that go beyond the ordinary, using a threestep approach of Design, Create and Enhance to integrate the precision of science with the intuition of art. Their work spans high end residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, housing and institutional projects, consistently blending contemporary architectural forms with modern interiors to craft environments that are functional, refined and deeply human.

The Architect will:

• Support the Principal Architects across concept design, drawings and site coordination.
• Help translate design directions into clear, buildable architectural drawings and presentations.
• Learn and apply the studios design language, detailing standards and quality benchmarks across residential and select commercial projects.

You will work as part of a core team and gain direct exposure to the Principals, live projects and onground execution.

• Assist in developing layouts, massing options and basic threedimensional studies for homes and selected nonresidential projects.
• Prepare clear diagrams and drawings that express the Principal Architects design intent.
• Help assemble clientready presentations that explain options and recommendations in a simple, structured way.

• Draft architectural plans, sections, elevations and typical details in AutoCAD under guidance.
• Update drawings as designs evolve and ensure accuracy and consistency across sheets.
• Help maintain drawing registers and ensure that issued drawings reflect frozen decisions.

• Incorporate inputs from structural and building services consultants into architectural drawings.
• Prepare and organize drawing sets for internal reviews, client meetings and site issue.
• Maintain proper file structures and version control for all project documentation.

• Attend client meetings and presentations with senior team members and the Principal Architects.
• Capture notes, update drawings and presentations after each review and circulate them as required.
• Assist in coordination with consultants and key vendors to gather data, drawings and material information.

• Accompany senior team members on site visits to understand how drawings translate into construction.
• Help review work against drawings and prepare markedup sketches or notes to resolve issues.
• Follow through on siterelated queries and ensure updated drawings and details reach the site team.

• Strong foundation in architectural drawing using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Ability to develop neat, readable plans, sections and elevations from conceptual directions.
• Basic threedimensional modelling and visualisation skills.
• Ability to build clear, structured presentations using standard presentation tools.

• Genuine interest in residential and contemporary architecture, spatial quality and detailing.
• Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and comfort working closely with Principal Architects.
• Clear and polite communication in Hindi and English.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to drawing hygiene, timelines and followthrough.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of work experience in an architecture or design studio.
• Internships or academic projects with strong architectural thinking and detailing will be taken into account.
