Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with internal teams and consultants on design development and project execution across diverse typologies retail, commercial, and hospitality.
• Manage architectural design processes from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Research design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture with 01 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape; knowledge of additional tools is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing built and/or conceptual projects.
