Junior Architect

Achala Constructions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts while ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

Design architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models for residential/commercial projects

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents

Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and clients to finalize designs

Visit construction sites to ensure design accuracy and implementation

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards

Review project progress and suggest design modifications when needed

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• 1-2 years of Experience
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and time management

Conditions

• Combination of office-based design work and site visits
• May require travel to project locations
