Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Account Executive (B2B) for a full-time, on-site role based in Whitefield Bangalore. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing B2B clients, and meeting sales targets. Your tasks will also include conducting market research, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new accounts and markets.
- Proficiency in account management and relationship building with B2B clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting market research and developing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of sales tools and platforms.
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a sales or B2B client-facing role is an advantage.
