Jr Client Servicing

We are looking for a Junior Client Servicing Executive to act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative, content, and production teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, content, digital) to track progress and resolve bottlenecks
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
• Participate in client meetings and take ownership of follow-ups
• Assist in campaign planning and execution across digital and offline platforms
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  

• 12 years of experience in client servicing / account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of advertising and production workflows
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint and Excel are critical)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
