Job Summary

As an Oracle ERP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Oracle ERP solutions (EBS / Fusion / NetSuite) to meet business needs. Youll collaborate closely with functional teams, stakeholders, and onshore counterparts to deliver high-quality ERP implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Customization

• Design and customize ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HRMS, Manufacturing)
• Develop forms, reports, workflows using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, APEX
• Build APIs, integrations, and web services

ERP Implementation

• Participate in full lifecycle: Requirements Deployment Support
• Work with functional consultants to convert business needs into technical solutions
• Support data migration (ODI, FBDI)

Integration & Middleware

• Develop integrations using OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance
• Troubleshoot integration issues

Testing & Support

• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT
• Debug issues and maintain documentation

Performance & Maintenance

• Optimize queries, reports, workflows
• Handle production support and enhancements

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with cross-functional/global teams
• Communicate technical concepts effectively
• Participate in go-live and planning activities

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 37 years in Oracle ERP Development
• 2+ years in ERP Implementations
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Fusion Cloud ERP

Technical Skills

• Strong in SQL / PL-SQL
• Experience with OAF, APEX, Forms, Reports
• Knowledge of SOA, BPEL, ADF, OIC
• Integration skills: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
• Tools: ODI, FBDI
• Familiar with modules: Finance, SCM, Procurement, HRMS
• Reporting tools: BI Publisher
• Workflow, AME experience
• OCI / Cloud knowledge is a plus
