Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full stack Java applications with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot-based API microservices.
• Design and implement microservices using API-first principles, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Analyze requirements and existing code, and guide small teams of developers, testers, or engineers prior to deployment.
• Collaborate with client and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in end-to-end development lifecycle including requirement analysis, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Support development workflows using version control systems and build tools, contributing to CI/CD pipeline readiness.
• Perform log analysis and monitoring to troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to containerization and orchestration practices for scalable deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior team members and enforcing engineering best practices.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for application deployment and scalability (if applicable).
• Collaborate on frontend development using React to support full stack delivery (nice-to-have).

Experience Required:

• 7-11 years of experience in full stack Java development within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding or experience in frontend technologies like React is a plus.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain is preferred.
