Are you passionate about building scalable backend systems and solving complex engineering challenges? We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help design, develop, and optimize high-performance distributed applications.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Drive architecture and system design discussions for new and existing platforms.

Build clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices.

Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.

Review code, enforce quality standards, and mentor fellow engineers.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.

Contribute to CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of backend development experience.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Solid understanding of System Design and Distributed Systems.

Experience debugging and optimizing large-scale production applications.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
