Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Java Backend Developer located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining microservices and backend systems using Java and the Spring Framework. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing system performance, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring best practices for software development and deployment are followed. Additionally, the developer will participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ experience and Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with a strong focus on Java development
• Experience in creating and maintaining Microservices architecture
• Hands-on expertise with the Spring Framework for building robust backend systems
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and best practices in deploying applications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment
• Prior experience in high-growth or fast-paced projects is a plus
