Senior Technical Full Stack Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set**

Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot, Angular, React, or similar frameworks, Strong understanding of database design and optimization

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices using Java technologies for backend and modern frameworks for frontend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in coding and architecture.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-native architectures

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, business)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have

Experience with AI/ML or data products

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR)

Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe)
