Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including-Discovery (credentials, MID Servers, patterns, probes, sensors)
- Service Mapping (application services, dependencies, patterns)
- Event Management (alert correlation, integrations with monitoring tools)
- Maintain and optimize CMDB health, ensuring data accuracy and relationship integrity
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to extend ITOM capabilities
- Collaborate with ITSM, SecOps, and IRM teams for cross-functional platform enhancements
- Work with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for ITOM-related issues
