Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician based in Dera Bassi. The IT Technician will be responsible for performing technical troubleshooting, offering end-user technical support, and maintaining IT systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing customer service, and ensuring system functionality. Additionally, the IT Technician will conduct user training and provide guidance on technology use where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Experience in Information Technology with knowledge of system maintenance and configurations.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address user-related concerns and maintain effective communication.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to users on system and technological tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
