About the Role

Were looking for an IT Manager to lead IT operations across corporate offices and retail stores, ensuring smooth system performance, secure infrastructure, and seamless new store setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate IT needs laptops, software, and user support.
• Lead IT setup for new stores including POS systems and asset deployment.
• Oversee footfall cameras and CCTV systems across locations.
• Manage internet and network infrastructure, ensuring uptime and security.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in IT infrastructure (retail preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of POS systems, networking, and hardware.
• Familiarity with CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Strong vendor management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple store rollouts.

Preferred:

• Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS tools.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
