Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Operations & Admin Executive to manage user lifecycle, identity & access, endpoints, and day-to-day IT operations across Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools. The role focuses on ensuring secure access, smooth IT operations, and a strong end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding across Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, RBAC, SSO, Conditional Access)
  • Handle Windows & macOS device management using MDM tools (Intune/Jamf)
  • Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, and access issues
  • Manage SaaS applications, SSO integrations, and license optimization
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and handle procurement & audits
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate / PowerShell / scripting
  • Ensure security, compliance, and zero access leakage
  • Support basic network operations (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and access records

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations / IT Administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC)
  • Experience managing Windows & Mac environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools, endpoint management, and MDM solutions
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
