Job Title: IT Service Delivery Management Trainee

Experience: 34 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily IT service desk operations and handle service tickets.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA timelines.
  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and escalations.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
  • Communicate with users and stakeholders on ticket updates and service status.
  • Follow ITIL processes and service delivery best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 34 years of experience in IT Service Desk / IT Support.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (O365).
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with servers and storage environments.
  • Core knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking fundamentals.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
