Role Overview

As an IT Sales Intern at Arcitech AI, you will support the sales and business development team in lead generation, client outreach, and market research. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in SaaS/IT sales and understand real-world sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Support lead generation through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Help in pitching products/services to potential clients
• Assist in client communication and follow-ups
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
• Work closely with the sales team to support target achievement

Key Skills

• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Basic understanding of IT/SaaS sales is a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and target-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in a technical field such as BTech, BE, BCA, MCA, or related)
• Prior internship or exposure to sales/business development is a plus
