IT Resume Specialist

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience: 1+ Years (Freshers with exceptional writing skills can also apply)

We are looking for a skilled IT Resume Specialist who can create, optimize, and customize professional resumes for candidates across multiple IT domains. The ideal candidate should understand various technology roles and present candidate experience effectively according to US job market standards.

• Create ATS-friendly resumes for IT professionals.
• Work on profiles including:
• Software Development Engineer (SDE)
• Data Analyst (DA)
• Data Engineer (DE)
• Financial Analyst (FA)
• Business Analyst (BA)
• AI/ML Engineer
• Product Manager
• Cybersecurity Analyst
• IT Support and other Technology Roles
• Customize resumes based on client job descriptions.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles and professional summaries.
• Conduct Resume Understanding Sessions (RUS) with candidates.
• Highlight technical skills, projects, achievements, and domain expertise effectively.
• Ensure resumes meet US market standards and ATS requirements.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all candidate documents.
• Collaborate with recruiters, technical experts, and operations teams.

• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Ability to interpret job descriptions and align resumes accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and formatting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and basic Excel.
• Experience with LinkedIn profile optimization will be an added advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Resume Writing, Technical Content Writing, Recruitment, or Career Services.
• Understanding of the US IT Staffing and Recruitment industry is preferred.
