We are hiring a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience for the role of IT Operations Executive.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring Linux-based operating systems, servers, databases, and storage systems. The role also includes handling client requirements, responding to client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the development team whenever required.

As we are a service-based organization, the candidate should be flexible to provide support after working hours in case of urgent operational or client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and monitoring Linux OS, servers, databases, and storage systems

Handling and responding to client requirements

Coordinating with internal teams for timely support

Supporting the development team whenever required

Monitoring operational activities and ensuring smooth service delivery

Providing after-working-hours support when required

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Linux OS

Basic understanding of servers, databases, and storage monitoring

Good communication and client-handling skills

Ability to coordinate with teams and provide timely support

Willingness to learn and work in an operations/support environment

Flexible to support after working hours when required

Preferred Candidate:

Fresher or 01 year experienced candidate

Comfortable with Work from Office

Responsible, proactive, and willing to work in a service-based organization environment
