We are looking for ahands-on, high ownership engineer / Product Engineering Leadto work directly with the founders and take complete ownership of building a real-world technology platform from prototype to market-ready product.

This is a rare01 founding rolefor someone who wants to build, lead, and shape core technology from the ground up.

What Youll Own

• Take an existing working prototype and convert it into a polished, production-ready product
• Own end-to-end product engineering acrossfrontend, backend, mobile readiness, and cloud infrastructure
• Build scalable backend systems, APIs, workflows, and integrations
• Improve speed, performance, stability, and reliability of the platform
• Set up and manage deployment environments (AWS / Supabase / equivalent)
• Implement strong authentication, security, and access controls
• Prepare the system for Android / iOS launch readiness
• Build clean engineering workflows, version control, and long-term maintainability
• Work directly with founders on product decisions, prioritization, and execution roadmap

What We Need

• Strong full-stack engineering ability with ownership mindset
• Proven experience shipping real products end-to-end
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js or similar)
• Strong frontend/product build capability (React / React Native / Flutter or similar)
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud deployment, and production systems
• Ability to work fast, solve problems, and make decisions independently
• Comfortable improving existing systems and rebuilding where needed

Strong Fit If You Have

• Built startup products from scratch
• Worked in early-stage or fast-moving environments
• Shipped mobile/web apps to real users
• Balanced speed with scalable engineering decisions
• Worked directly with founders or lean teams

This Role Is NOT For

• Pure managers / people no longer coding
• Narrow frontend-only or backend-only profiles
• Candidates who need large teams or heavy structure
• People looking for low ownership execution roles

Compensation

15L 30L+ depending on capability
