Role Description :

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, groups, mailboxes, and licenses via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
• Ensure security and compliance settings are properly configured (MFA, DLP, encryption policies, etc.).
• Assist with onboarding and off boarding processes related to Office 365 services.
• Document procedures, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
