Job Overview
Under broad guidance provides technical assistance and hands on-participation to maintain, troubleshoot and manage enterprise applications.

Essential Functions
• Monitors the health, operating efficiency and scalability of production, testing, and development environments across multiple clients.
• Installs, maintains, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for designing, developing and deploying company products.
• May work with Infrastructure Services, Engineering Implementation Services and support teams to provision and setup environments.
• Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
• Trains personnel on system usage.
• Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Pref
• 2 years of related experience
