Role Overview

We are looking for IT & Information Security professionals to support enterprise vulnerability and patch management operations. This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure vulnerabilities are tracked, remediated, and closed within defined timelines, while strengthening reporting, governance, and process maturity.

Key Objectives

• Manage reported vulnerabilities by adhering to defined processes and ensuring rigorous follow-up with stakeholders and SPOCs
• Ensure completion of periodic vulnerability cycles on time
• Track and report patching progress for emergency and critical patching across enterprise environments
• Communicate patching issues and risks to stakeholders including senior leadership
• Continuously improve security operations processes using learnings and data-driven insights
• Work with enterprise tooling such as CMDB and IP administration systems
• Apply strong understanding of security operations domains, tools, and processes
• Support cloud security-related vulnerability and remediation activities

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle tracking and closure
• Drive remediation coordination across infrastructure, cloud, and application teams
• Monitor patch compliance and publish status dashboards/reports
• Support emergency patching execution and escalation
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready reporting
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Work with ServiceNow (including CMDB workflows where applicable)

Required Qualifications & Skills (Must Have)

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / MCA (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in Information Security / Security Operations
• Strong understanding of:
• IT infrastructure layers
• Cloud assets
• Application security fundamentals
• Working knowledge of risk management principles
• Experience with data analysis and data-driven remediation prioritization
• Strong process orientation and quality mindset
• Experience working with ServiceNow (CMDB exposure preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Strong team player with ownership mindset

Preferred / Good to Have

• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, CISSP (or equivalent)
• Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) exposure
• Prior experience in large enterprise environments
